We became friends over social media and quickly saw a great opportunity to merge our skills to create an exceptional fitness program; hence Forward Forever was born. With Danielle’s nutrition expertise and Alex’s fitness training, we offer a well-rounded approach, unlike other leading programs. Danielle McClellan
Registered Dietitian, MS
Danielle is a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition, offering direct access to expert guidance without the need for insurance. As a busy mom and wife, she follows her own plans, proving that achieving health goals isn’t an all-or-nothing approach. Her practical, personalized approach makes it easy for clients to integrate effective nutrition strategies into their lives.

Personal Trainer + Nutritionist
Alex is a fitness expert and nutritionist with a deep understanding of how nutritional science can enhance fitness goals. "Last year my husband had a freak accident that left him partially paralyzed. My family that has always been fairly active and healthy fell into a state of chaos as we attempted to adjust to all of the changes. I turned to "quick and easy" comfort meals. This led to crazy weight gain for us. We weren't walking or working out. Depression and worry had gripped my family. When the doctors began discussing surgery a few months ago I knew that I needed to get my life under control. There were so many things in my life that I couldn't control and I knew my health needed to be a priority so that I could take care of my family. That's when I decided to join Forward Forever. I asked my husband if he wanted to try it with me and he said he felt like a lost cause so he would pass. I dove in head first. Little did I know that in 6 weeks I wouldn't just lose weight and inches. After week one my teenage son started working out with me. By the end of week 3 my husband said he had been working out and had lost 10 lbs. During week 5 we had an appointment with the surgeons to map out a plan to operate on my husband. A month prior we were told that the nerves were dead and that nothing was firing due to so much inflammation. Well, he has started regaining some range of motion and the nerves are responding. The doctors were floored. They said they didn't know what had changed but we needed to keep it up. All of this to say, my family is eating healthy, working out together, and are all around excelling. Changing little habits in my life turned out to be the big changes my whole family needed. We are moving forward together!"
